My Montreal apartment in exchange for your Vancouver place from June 23rd to July 4th

June 23 - July 4th are excellent dates to be in Montreal, the weather's great, Montreal Jazz festival with free concerts and shows is going on from June 28 - July 7, and St. Jean Baptiste Day is June 24th (National day of Quebec, and biggest holiday of the year )

I have a 1000sq foot apartment right next to Mont Royal in the Golden Square Mile. It's a 5 minute walk to the main shopping district on Rue Saint Catherine, 5 minute walk to the bar and entertainment district on Crescent street, and Metro station is 300m away. It is also walking distance to some of the Jazz Festival locations.

The apartment is on the top floor of a 6 story building (with elevator). It is a 2 bedroom apt. with a fully-equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, coffeemaker, stove, oven, fridge etc - that you're free to utilize), dining area, and a balcony with a full barbeque that you are free to use and some chairs outside to enjoy the breeze. The apartment is also hooked up to internet and wifi for your use.
