My apartment is in the Point-Saint-Charles residential district of Montreal, just south of downtown. There is one full bedroom and a divan-lit in the living room, so it is perfect for a small family. The apartment is near many services, and just 3 blocks from a Metro station.

The apartment is about 1100 square feet, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, office, and bathroom. There is wifi, full TV service, and laundry on premises. It is perfect for a small family that wants to attend the Montreal International Jazz Festival.
