Our house is located on 2 1/2 acres (1 hectare) of land in a lovely rural area with a view of the Fraser River Valley. Local attractions include hiking, lake swimming, golf and biking. Skiing areas are within one hour travel time. Easy public transit access to downtown Vancouver. Seattle, Washington is an easy drive.

We also have a self contained suite in our home. We can arrange for non simultaneous exchanges.
