Large city lot in a friendly city just outside Vancouver. Lots of parks and trails near by. My house is a basement entry with 3 bedrooms (only 2 bedrooms available at this time. Treelined street with great nieghbours and very quiet. Kitchen with a dishwasher and small deck onto the backyard, livingroom with TV, computer. Washer, dryer downstairs. Downstairs a Montessori Preschool. Allergies to cats don't apply, we have a cat that will not be here during swaps.
