Exchange Zones

We live in a quiet neighbourhood, with friendly neighbours, about 45 minutes from the big city excitement of Vancouver. The house is 11 years old but we have just repainted and redecorated; it is quite elegant now!

Beds include a king, queen and two singles in four bedrooms to comfortably sleep 6 people. More people could be accommodated if needed.

The large family room/kitchen has vaulted ceilings and is a dream to work in. The computer is located here and you can even play the piano while enjoying the relaxing fish tank in this room. The living room is a treat with its large, comfortable sofa, partial mountain view, TV, VCR/DVD, Wii, stereo and many books. Choose your pleasure!

Our yard has many trees and shrubs for privacy and a natural feel. There is a barbeque, trampoline, table and chairs, swing set/slide and bench swing. Also available for your enjoyment: a pool that could be set up, a ping pong table in the garage and badminton and croquet sets.

We are a short walk from a basketball court, nature trail, toddler park, grocery store and restaurants. Multiple local lakes, with their beautiful scenery and many outdoor activities, are just a short drive away. The Pacific Ocean is only about an hour by car.

We also have a house in Ocean Shores, Washington, USA (about a 6 hour drive), a block off the Pacific Ocean beach, which we will happily book you into for a few days while you are here, if you are interested.
