Bright two storey townhouse by the lake and walking distance to everything you need. On the first floor you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room (open area with fireplace) and a water room. Uptstair there is two bedrooms and a complete washroom. In the basement, a family room with computer and a laundry room. At your disposition, a double kayak that fits 2 adults and a small kid. You will have access to the complex inground pool and we will let you one of our car, to determine together.

Lac-Megantic is a nice small town where you'll find everything you need. There are mountains all around to go hiking. You could rent a catamaran on the lake or just use our kayak to have a picnic and have a beach just for you. You could also go horseback riding, watch the stars at the Observatory, explore a granite mine, assist to a free music show in the parc or by a ticket for a summer theater piece. The state of Maine, U.S. border is only 30km away. You can drive to Sherbrooke, Eastern Township or Quebec city for the day.
