Our home is beautifully built. It has 3 floors -3,500 sq/ft. Hardwood & slate on main & upper bedroom. Lower level is carpeted. We have 4 TV's all gaming systems; all modern appliances. The home is alarmed. Nearby, we are 5 minutes from the US Border (Sumas); we are 60 minutes from Vancouver. We live in a large community will all ammenities. The community is largely known for being faith based.
