Exchange Zones

A quiet, comfortable rather funky little house with an unusually large garden for Phnom Penh, with palm trees, mango trees, bougainvillea, jasmine and lotus. The garden has a little open-sided, tiled roofed "cottage" for relaxing with a book and / or a drink / friends. There is also an outside eating area.
Inside there is a kitchen / dining room on the ground floor, as well as a double bedroom / office with attached bathroom. Up the stairs is a large airy sitting room with a lovely little balcony where I like to sit and read in the evenings. There is also the main bedroom with attached bath. This bedroom has air conditioning. All the room have either standing or ceiling fans. I have a maid who works every morning, cleaning, washing and ironing. I also have a night security guard / handy man / gardener.
