Situated in a popular family friendly neighborhood (Perdizes) in Sao Paulo, it is minutes away from Agua Branca´s Park. It is close to shops, markets, restaurants and public transportation (metro and bus stations are a few blocks away). We are 10 minutes’ drive away from two big shopping malls.

The apartment is on the first floor of a three floor building with a live-in super. It's quiet and bright, with southern exposure.

Fully furnished, full kitchen, laundry washer, and inside building parking.

Our apartment has 1,100 square feet (106 square meters) and includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It can sleep five adults. It is well-maintained, spacious and airy.

The master bedroom has a King bed, 42" flat screen TV and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has single size bed and air conditioning.
The third bedroom has single size bed.

The living area has a large sofa and a 42" flat screen with cable.

The dining area has a table with seating for 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, cooker, owen and microwave.
