Exchange Zones

Nice flat of 49 m2, all modern facilities available, no views but absolutely noiseless at night, sleeps comfortably 4 people. Internet and cableTV are provided. It has a laundry machine, TV, video, microwave, 2 air conditioned rooms, and the basic appliances. This is our 2nd. home and is mostly for rent but exchange might be considered in certain cases. Our flat is located in midst of everything at Copacabana district, just 2 blocks away from the beach! You may look up at Google Maps exactly at Copacabana Avenue 534 under my own name!

Some black-out periods may apply like Dec. 28th-Jan. 4th., last week of January, Carnival (a moveable feast but ususlly mid-February). All other dates are virtually free, excluding those already booked up by home exchangers! Write us telling us when you want to come and we will give you all information!

Rio de Janeiro is a favourite destiny for foreigners. Several big international sport events will take place from now to 2016, including Soccer World Cup (2014) and Olympic Games (2016)., not to mention the usual well-known Carnival feast!

The prized-won movies picture "RIO" gives a better idea of what our city is like! Scenario and landscapes are breath-taking! And our flat is exactly in the middle of everything, at Copacabana, just two blocks away from the famous beach with lots of options at the neighborhood, like shopping, bars, restaurants, bycicle and walking paths, plenty of sun, clean sea water and dozens of choices to have amusement and a good time. For your best convenience, there is a 24-hour supermarket just across the street and a bus-stop right in front of the building. Subway station (metro) is just 3 blocks away.

It seems that everybody is now looking for and wanting to visit the so-called "WONDERFUL CITY" reputed not to be missed as one the best places to go! Brazil is really a country of first half of the century, I dare to say!
