The house sits in a cosy neighborhood just 15’ by foot from the heart of town and has beautiful old features. It is recently renovated. On the ground floor I have a living room (32m2), modern open plan kitchen (24m2) and a terraced south facing garden (50 m2). 1st floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, painters' studio. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom.
By car: Brussels 25km (20min), Antwerp 60km (40min), Ghent 80 km (50min), Bruges 100km (1h15). From Brussels by train, Paris is in 1h25’, Amsterdam in 1h54’ and London in 1h51’. Shops, supermarkets, sports center, swimming pool, skating park, restaurants and bars are all nearby.
