Beautifully furnished, one of only 12 townhouses that have patios overlooking the beautiful waterfall and water feature, secure gated community, shared swimming pool, stunning 2bedroom/1.5bath townhouse in the central location of Warrens, less than 7mins drive to the stunning white sand beaches of the Platinum West Coast and 10mins to the more lively South Coast. I have no pets and non-smokers preferred however, can smoke on the patio if necessary.
