You stay in a quiet urban area, small park beside and different supermarkets 3 minutes around.
7 Minutes walk to Metro-"Reumannplatz", big pedestrian area with many shops and market and the best ice-cream worldwide (famous "Tichy"). Great public transport (go there and drive away). 20 min to Stephansplatz City-Center, even during the night busses and Underground at the weekend. The flat is not the newest, but lovely arranged, great place for sightseeing, honeymoon. 45m², 4th floor (elevator), bright and sunny. "Mercer" ranking: Vienna scores highest for overall quality of living wordwide! Come and enjoy! |
