Big, modern, elegant, cozy home with private swimmlake in a huge garden and private sauna in the basement. One ground floor you have a fire place with a dining table, looking outside the garden, nearby the kitchen with marble desk and modern equiment for cooking and baking. A office, a TV room, a relaxing zone for reading facing also garden accomplished the first floor. On second floor there a the bathroom and the 4 bedrooms. In the garden you will find a cabana, garden chairs to relax under the trees and for swimming and diving is our beautiful swimmlake. Also a lot of fruits, herbs and tomatoes for your use.

The western part of Austria is beautiful. Lakes, mountains, nice, old cities to explore. Munich 2 hours, Zürich 1,5 hours, verona 2,5 hours, venice 3 hours, Salzbourg 3 hours- you are in the middle of europe.

The border of swizzerland is only 10 minutes away, so the border of germany also 20 minutes. Around the lake of Constanze there are many sightseeing to see: the zeppelin museum, archtectual- so bring your camera!

If you like good food, great! Nice little restaurant and great quality- we do here in austria mostly the best food- as you would shop anytime at the wholefood market. We do have markets, where you can shop homemade staff from the local. Great wine too, moderate prices.
