My lovely air conditioned/ducted heating 2 bedroon/1.5 bathroons house is in a secure courtyard and is the perfect place to re-energise after a hectic day touring. It is a springboard to all the country attractions .

Lounge;
The comfortable lounge has 2 sofas, one of which opens into a Queen size bed. There is an end table, reading lamps, 32" plasma TV with DVD player and ottomans.

Kitchen.
Overlooking the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, all cookware, crockery,glasses and dishwasher.

Dining Area.
Situated beyond the lounge and to the rear of the house, it has views of the outdoor courtyard through full length patio doors and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Master Bedroom.
Overlooking the front courtyard, the bedroom has a very comfortable Queen size bed with dressing table and bedside lamps. Built-in wardrobes provide storage space

Bedroom 2.

Another Queen size bed with bedside table and reading lamp. Built in closets.

Adjacent to bedrooms, the bathroom has shower and bath facilities.

Garage/laundry.
Accessible internally, via the kitchen, the garage is at your disposal for private parking, plus there is an extra parking space available.
Laundry facilities off the kitchen include a Fisher and Paykill machine.

Location.
Wallan is flanked by the Hume Highway which is the major freeway to Sydney and to northern Victoria.

Attractions.
Victoria's newest golf club at Hidden Valley, cycling trails, wineries, the Great Dividing Range. Shops and supermarkets are 5 minutes walk. Excellent train service to Melbourne with station being 5 minutes drive.
