Exchange Zones

Our lovely home is a large, modern, family home situated on three acres in the middle of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. We have 4 bedrooms and a study that will give you ample room to enjoy your stay. The bedrooms are currently set up with a Master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and large single beds in the other three bedrooms. There are matresses available if you have more than five travellers with the study able to be used as an extra bedroom. There is a family bathroom with a bath and seperate shower. The master bedroom has a very large ensuite with a bath and shower.

There is a very large kitchen with diswasher and microwave, a large living room and a dining room. There is a double lock up garage as well. Our home is very child friendly with a large salt water pool with an infinity edge. It is a fully automated pool and requires no cleaning. You can relax on our back verandah overlooking the pool. We have a large dining setting on the verandah which seats 8 people and we have a large gas BBQ. We have a large Cubby and trees for the children to play/climb in as well as bikes for children and two adults. A vehicle exchange could be negotiated. Our extensive front verandah wraps around the front of our home and offers a lovely vantage point to look out over the valley to the hinterland views.
We are very fortunate to be ideally situated in the heart of Queensland's beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are on a secluded property that is very close to the best our region has to offer. We are 10 minutes away from multiple beaches, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. We are very close to great shopping,restaurantsd and cafes. We are 20 minutes away from Noosa and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, including Maleny. Other close attractions include markets, National Parks, Australia Zoo and Underwater World. The capital city of our State, Brisbane is one hour away and the train station is only 10 minutes away.

There is so much to do in our area - or you can relax around the pool in comfort.
