Exchange Zones

Our house is an ideal home for a family. It is in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, only minutes from beautiful beaches and parks. We are not far from a Large Shopping Centre and a walk down and along the beach is very satisfying. Sorrento Quay is a super dining area and great for shopping for those souvenirs or what have you.

In the front yard we have a very private swimming pool, splash about or laze in the pool lounges/egg chair. Through the front door and down the hall are all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV and the Ensuite, the 3 remaining bedrooms only have single beds within (if need be we can change some of these to double beds). Through into the open planned kitchen/dining and family area we have a table to seat up to 8 people, a kitchen counter that seats 5 people and in the family area is a 3 seater and a 2 seater lounge for conversing or just watching the box! Watch a movie in the Theatre Room on the 100 inch screen too. Perhaps you'd like to use the treadmill or wobble machine while in there? I'd recomment a run to the beach any day over these though! The laundry and extra toilet come off the kitchen.

The kitchen has all the modern cons including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hotplate and Thermomix. The fridge has a water and ice dispenser within the door.

Beyond there we have the Alfresco area, where there is a BBQ, outdoor lounge and a table for 8. This looks out upon a garden area. Around the corner is a Table Tennis, Trampoline and another outdoor area with a Portable Spa and Egg Chair.

There is room for a car to be parked undercover.

We have 2 Adult Kayaks and 2 Children's Kayaks if you fancy a row at the beach or take them further astray to the river (Moore River is a beautiful spot approx 40 minutes drive from our house).
