We live in a modern double storied house, about 150m from the beach. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuites. There are 2 lounge areas and a small yard, which has a BBQ.
The house is also within walking distance of the local shopping area, and close to the bus service.
We are about 2 hours drive from Sydney, making it an easy day trip. We also are close to the largest salt water lake in the southern hemisphere, where you can sail, fish, and pursue other water sports. The local beach is good for swimming, fishing, surfing.
There are a number of national parks close by for walking, and camping. A small state reserve, Glenrock reserve, is within walking distance.
