Our house is in the Southern Highlands, a number one tourist area within Australia and abroad. Moss Vale is 1.5 hr from Sydney by Road and 1.75 hrs by train. It is close to the Capital, Canberra and about 1.2 hrs from the famous Blue Mountains.
The house is 15 yrs old and has all modern facilities. The 3 bedrooms are set up as doubles. The main has an ensuite which is handy for people with poor mobility as it is a large wet room. The yard is very large, flat and needs little attention.
