Luxury home on 5 acres with water views 5km outside the seaside tourist town of Merimbula. Our house is 10 mins drive to many beaches, cinema, shops, schools and restaurants. Merimbula has its' own airport with 1hr direct flights to both Melbourne and Sydney. Australia's capital, Canberra, is a 3 hour drive away and snowfields are also a three house drive.

Spread over 3 levels, the house is full of windows to take in the view. It is bright, airy and has everything you could ever want. All three bathrooms have underfloor heating. There is a library and 2 separate lounge/rumpus areas which is excellent for families. There is a large deck overlooking the property with water views. There are also several courtyards so you can always find a spot to suit your needs.

The large galley kitchen (6m long) has a 900cm oven and engineered stone benchtops for people who love to cook and entertain.

The Master suite is huge and contains its' own lounge and TV. Ensuite has double showers and double vanity. Walk through wardrobe means that there is enough storage for you, your shoe and bag collection and your husband's clothes!

The top floor contains a large loft bedroom and built-in office. The middle floor has a bedroom,bathroom, lounge and dining room. Downstairs on the bottom level are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and master bedroom, ensuite, library, 2nd loungeroom, laundry.

Our family of 5 is planning to move to France in July 2017 for one year. We would love a large apartment or house (preferably in the South of France) to exchange for the year.
