Adelaide has 1 million residents, is easy to get around and close to world famous Kangaroo Island and The Barossa Valley wine area.

In Melbourne Mordialloc is a very old but beautiful suburb, which has an easy going feel of a small fishing village with a touch of horse racing history. A vibrate beachside suburb with many cafes, a great wine bar & restaurants. Fantastic transport with a train station, buses that travel to Sunshine and Heidelberg. Conveniently located 20 kilometers from the Melbourne.

NEAR Glenelg - Just 2 minutes from all the magic and fun of Adelaide premier beach at Glenelg - Our beautiful air-conditioned, tastefully furnished and decorated 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house, is just the place to relax after an enjoyable day seeing Adelaide's attractions.

The Melbourne house:

LOCATION.

Our home is only 20 minutes leisurely walk to the beach. The local train will take to the city in 40 minutes or hire a car and be in the Yarra Valley or Peninsula wine districts in less than an hour. Phillip Island and their famous penguins are one & a half hours away.

LOUNGE.

Peaceful & comfortable. 3 seater couch & 3 armchairs, perfect for reading or listening to music.

KITCHEN/FAMILY/DINING

Beautifully updated kitchen overlooking large family room complete with 60in TV and modular lounge suite with views to the back garden. Dining area is to the right of the kitchen with a large table to seat 8.

BEDROOMS

3 Bedrooms. Master with ensuite and balcony. The two other bedrooms are serviced by a large family bathroom & separate toilet. There is also a powder room downstairs.


PARKING

There is ample parking at front of the house and driveway

LAUNDRY

Located next to the kitchen are laundry facilities including, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer.
There is a clothesline in the back yard.

The Adelaide house:

LOCATION

Conveniently located near Anzac Highway, (just 20 mins from the city centre), in the picturesque sub-division of Novar Gardens

The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, whilst still being close to all the major attractions of Adelaide and the Wine areas


Shops, supermarkets ( local supermarket 2 mins walk ) and restaurants are all close-by and it is only a short ride to the bustling areas of Glenelg where there are many shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

There are also several first-class golf courses in the immediate vicinity, for those who like a round, and green fees tend to be reasonable.

LOUNGE.

The comfortable formal lounge area is furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs,coffee table, large television.

The formal dining room has a large table with 6 chairs and a large buffet.


KITCHEN.

Overlooking the breakfast area and the living room, the fully equipped kitchen includes - Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator / freezer,toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !

BREAKFAST AREA.

Situated nest to the kitchen with views to the garden and patio through full-length windows, the breakfast area can comfortably accommodate four people and is perfect for informal dining.

MASTER BEDROOM.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed
The En Suite Bathroom, with power shower, is smartly fitted out with a fan and ceiling heater.

BEDROOMS 2 and 3.

Both Queen beds, each with matching headboards, drawer units, bedside tables, reading lamps, closets in each room provide ample additional storage.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom is tastefully decorated and has both shower and bath facilities.


GARAGE.

Accessible internally, via the breakfast area, the Garage is at your disposal for private parking. There is ample parking in front of the house.

LAUNDRY AREA.

Located next to the kitchen are laundry facilities including, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, outdoor clothes line is just outside the laundry door.
