The property is in a one acre plot in a semi rural setting within four minutes of our local town of Drouin and eight minutes from the town of Warragul. The single storey house is centrally heated and has split system air-conditioning. The rooms are large bright and comfortable with many windows overlooking the property which is mainly laid to lawn. Standing in a small community of similar houses the area is quiet and peaceful.

Trains run hourly from Drouin to Melbourne with its many entertainment and sporting attractions. Situated in the West Gippsland area which is mainly a farming community there is easy access to the many other attractions in Victoria. You can find the following with a day:
The Great Ocean Road which stretches from Geelong to Venus Bay; The snowfields a ski slopes of Mount Baw Baw, Raymond Island with it colony of Koalas; Melbourne City, The beaches of the Mornington Penninsular and the many wineries within 45 minutes of Drouin.
