Ideal location 100 maetres to one of the most beautiful sandy bay beaches in Australia.Family of four would suit our groovy beach house . We are 10 minutes via boardwalk to Coolum Beach village , its cafes , restaurants , shops and Surf Club . The patrolled main beach can be accessed by a stroll along the magnificent famous Coolum boardwalk with incredible views up the coast to Noosa which is only a 15 minutes drive along scenic coastal road. Our closest beach is Second Bay with rock steps which when you arrive you feel as though you"re on Gilligans island. The other beach, First Bay is only a 4 minute stroll is not pattrolled but very protected. Wonderful for surfing, sun bathing,fishing and many trees for shade.There are numerous local headlands and whale viewing points and platforms in the immediate area. Our home is like living in a large contemporary caravan\beach house in the rainforest with most mod cons of course and all the bird sounds instead of traffic noise. We love it it's very casual and cool in Summer!
