Exchange Zones

My husband and I are both retired and can exchange whenever we wish, although we would like to visit England and we do not want to be there in winter. We are open to other offers, and all communications will be answered.
We are Non Smokers and wish for the same. There will only be 2 of us requiring an exchange.

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single floor house air-conditioned, we have an office with fast broadband internet, an open planned family/dining/kitchen, (fully equipped, dishwasher etc) plus a formal lounge, a separate laundry,(fully automatic washing machine). It's a large roomy comfortable home. We have beautiful, relaxing gardens, for which we would provide a gardener throughout the exchange. There's a patio, perfect for B.B.Q,s (a large gas B.B.Q. provided).
Chidlow is a small country village just 35 minutes from the city of Perth. We are situated in the most sought after area in the hill. We have beauty, peace and yet just half an hour drive from the city that has everything to offer you could possibly desire.
We are willing to exchange our cars, a BMW X3(auto) and a Ford Ranger (gears).
