Beautiful house on the magnificent Southern Coast of NSW, Australia, this house is situated right on a headland and has access to two beaches. Backs directly down to the white sands of 'Gannet Beach' with no road to cross to get to this beautiful beach. The North aspect has great water views up the coast and onto another beautiful beach - 'Cormorant Beach'.
House upstairs is very large (over 300 m sq not counting the 4 decks all around, two of which are covered)

About Home Exchange Owners :

I am a 20 year old Law Student from the Australian Capital Territory. My father, a director in the Australian Government owns this beautiful beach house. I have two sisters and a brother, this is the area we spent most of our childhood, surfing, snorkelling and bushwalking etc.

During June and July of 2014, my University break I hope to travel to Europe and I am wishing to stay in Spain. During this time the house is of course available, but I am happy to arrange a non-simultaneous exchange for another time during the year.
