Old printing building recovered and furnished conserving its character. Inside, under the high ceilings that make the place bright and spacious, the colonial decoration mixes antique furniture with modern comfort. On the ground floor, one finds the kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, comfortable chairs and a desk, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom, and a large window that opens to the garden and swimming-pool. The main bedroom is located on the mezzanine and has a private bathroom with hydro-massage. The swimming pool and solarium (which are shared with 3 other units on the property), turn the place into an oasis in the busy centre of Buenos Aires. In addition to the pool and garden there is a BBQ grill, a picnic table, comfortable chairs and stools under a canape, a shower, a bar with appliances for mixing, and a jacuzzi. Maid and babysitting services are available for a fee upon request. Heating by hot air, stove and chimney heathen with woods.
