A beautiful apartment/loft, brand new, modern, luminous, on a very peaceful neighborhood outside downtown but inside the federal district.
It's a 2 floors building (one apartment each floor), with a huge garage and a big terrace. The apartment is in the 2nd floor.
Very big window that brings light to the apartment during the whole day.
Big kitchen with refrigerator. A big table for 8 persons in the middle, and a small office with LCD and computer. There's another zone with a big sofa, tv, vcr.
There's internet wifi and tv-cable included.
Next to it is the bedroom, without doors as a loft and with a dressing room.
There is a bathroom near the bedroom and a little toilette next to the kitchen for guests.
I am very careful with my apartment, it's very well maintained and it's completely new and fully equipped.
A/C and heat underfloor.
It's a lovely neighborhood with parks and walking points.
It's a neighborhood full of houses, and just a couple of big buildings only.
Very familiar, green and relaxed.
Close to all travel points to travel around the city.
Close to main avenues and transportations that leads you to downtown.
Close to railway station and bus zone.
Very good zone for the being in a relaxed ambience and with good connections to the downtown and other places of Buenos Aires.

35 mins bus to downtown.
20 mins train to downtown.
30 mins in car to downtown.

No problem about bringing kids.
