Choose from eight (8) luxury villas located in 7 lush tropical gardens, these architect-designed villas offer all the comforts of home in tastefully decorated spacious townhouses. With only 15 two-villa buildings (30 in total), you will feel that you have the resort all to yourself. There is a swimming pool, tennis and paddle ball courts, a private clubhouse with attached patio with BBQs and table tennis. There are private saunas, walking paths, ample parking, and acres of tropical plants, trees and birds in a restful and peaceful setting.

A security deposit of $250 is required at time of booking, $150 of which will be refunded minus any damages or exceptional charges, approximately 1-2 months after departure. The difference of $100 is the non-refundable cleaning fee.

Payment in full of the balance is due two months prior to occupancy (three months prior for winter holiday bookings).
