Our house provides tranquility, and privacy at only 10-minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. This house is located in the hills above Tesuque, on 5-acres of land.

The house has a contemporary design with large open space. It also provides several outdoor living spaces to enjoy Santa Fe weather: a 900 sq. ft. second story deck to enjoy the wonderful New Mexico sunsets, an outdoor dinning area, a large portal with a kiva fireplace. There is also a hot tub to enjoy the stars. As the house is protected from city lights, the sky from the hot tub is just amazing.

This is a private house, with everything that you would expect at home. The large kitchen is made for entertaining, with a bar for six and new appliances. The kitchen overlooks the living room that has a 42-inch LCD TV, with satellite TV, and a kiva fireplace. There are three bedrooms, 2 downstairs and a master suite at the second floor. One of the downstairs bedroom integrates workout exercise equipment (treadmill and Bowflex). The other has a flat TV and a private portal with outdoor furniture. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub and a double walk in shower.

There is an enclosed area with pet door to the house that is made to keep your dogs safe.
