We are a family of 6 who live in Sugar Land Texas. This is our weekend home and we find it comfortable and spacious. Your children will love feeding the deer and watching the wildlife. It is a peaceful location with plenty of room for you to bring your boat and water toys. We are 1 mile to the boat ramp and have partial view of the water from the second floor.
