We live in quaint Melbourne Beach, just a few minutes walk to ocean on one side and the Indian River on the other, as well as a block from the little town main street and beautiful park! We are just over the bridge to Historic downtown Melbourne with many restaurants, bars and festivals! Not a bad drive to the Orlando theme parks, about 1 1/2 hours, as well as 30 minutes to famous Cocoa Beach, and about 40 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center! Lots of things to do in our part of Florida!

Very open and flexible to ANY area. We would like to swap during winter break, spring break or summers, as well as possibly try a longer stay (1-4 months?) in a ski town area.
