The house has three bedrooms plus a futon in the den. The other rooms have a king and three twin beds total. The house is located less than ten minutes' drive from downtown. There are many attractions just a short drive from the house, including Zilker Park and the Ladybird Lake Hike and Bike Trail as well as the Green Belt. The world-famous Schlitterbahn waterpark is just forty-five minutes away, and Lake Travis, Lake Austin, and Ladybird Lake are all a short drive away. The University of Texas and all of its many attractions are also located a short distance from the house. We don't have a pool, but do have a large playscape and a treehouse in the back yard. Located in the quiet suburban town of Westlake Hills, the house is the perfect location from which to experience Austin!

We are very interested in finding an exchange for the week of March 13-20. This is the week of the world's largest live music festival in Austin - SXSW! So great time to come.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family of five: two adults and three kids. We love to travel, but due to budget constraints can only travel within driving distance of Austin.
