Pretty, light two double bedroom (1885) semi-detached character cottage in the more tranquil western part of Bognor Regis and just a 3 minute walk from the pebble and sand Aldwick beach and park. There are two reception rooms and the master bedroom has a dressing area/ nursery and en-suite. It is a short drive to many quintessential West Sussex villages and some of the most outstanding countryside in the whole of the U.K. Only 1 hour 45 minutes to central London and 45 minutes to bohemian Brighton. There is a 70’ (22m) south-facing (sunny) garden to the rear.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a small family – mum (34), dad (35) and two children under-three. Our children wake us up early so we're not going to stay up late partying or make your neighbours angry.
We are looking for home exchange opportunities to take us to other cities and countries for a few days, weeks, or even longer. One of us works while the other works with the children and we can travel during British school holiday periods.
