Brick semidetached house with lovely garden front and back, near to the University of East Anglia and various parkland walks. On good bus route to city centre, train station and hospital. Norwich has its own airport.
You can walk to the University from here through parkland. Norwich still has many medieval streets and buildings and part of the old city walls. It has a daily produce market (except Sunday) and numerous places of worship. You can take a boat trip along the central river. The stunning coast line of marsh and uncommercial, deserted beaches is only half an hour away. Sandringham, one the the Queen's residences lies to the West of the county. The whole of norfolk is dotted with numerous quaint and quiet villages dating back over 600 years. Walsingham the famous pilgramage shrine lies in Norfolk to the West of Norwich. This house is quiet, self contained and ideal for writing and gardening. All amenities are in less than 10 minutes walking distance. There is a comfortable hammock in the garden and a comfortable chairs and table. The house it self is warm and comfortable and well equipped. I should like to do a temporary swap initially. |
