Exchange Zones

A lovely 100 year old 4 bedroomed house in the area of outstanding natural beauty to the north of Harrogate (15mins away) in North Yorkshire. We are in the village of Birstwith which has a post offfice and great general store (2 mins down the hill) but our main asset is the glorious countryside. The house is on a third of an acre plot with garden to three sides and open field to the fourth. Downstairs we have a large kitchen diner with an Aga and handbuilt country style kitchen leading to a utility with storage and appliances. We then have a more formal dining room with a table to seat 8 and from there a sitting room with TV and Bose sound system (linked to all downstairs rooms) and sofas for 5 or 6 people and a further armchair. Both the dining room and sitting room have open fires. Off the dining room is a playroom and off the hallway is a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (one quite small which was a children's nursery) three of which are large with long distance views over to the east and get the morning sun. We also have an office area as well as a house bathroom and the master bedroom has an en-suite wet room.
