Attractive house and garden situated in a typically English setting. Great location, midway between London & Cambridge. Close to Stansted Airport and connections to London & Cambridge.

Our house is situated 16 miles from the centre of London – about 30 minutes on the London Underground or 1 hour from Stansted Airport Train Station. We live 1 minute from the airport, but we do not get airport noise as the planes fly around us and not over the top, You can drive to London, but train is much better.

We live 30 minutes freeway drive from the historic City of Cambridge and its very famous universities

Drive east for about 1 hour and you will find yourself at the ‘sea-side’. Essex beaches are very sandy well known for their cleanliness. Many of these Essex sea-side towns are very quaint and very typically English.

There are many English ‘Pubs’ to be enjoyed in our immediate area. We have ‘The Four Ashes’, The Lion & Lamb’ and the Three Horseshoes (thatched) but to name a few. All serve traditional English Ale & Food

The house comprises of:-
1 very large attic king-sized bed bedroom – stairs leading down to 1st floor into dressing room,

The 1st floor has 1 large double bedded room, 1 large Room with a Single Bed and the family bathroom.

The ground floor has a single bedroom (large converted garage). A large lounge, walk through to dining room and though to office with internet overlooking Garden

The ground floor also has the kitchen and a walk-in shower/wet room

There is a sofa bed in the office, therefore at a push the house could sleep 8, but a more comfortable 6.

We love animals and have 3 dogs (Schnauzer (Chico 3), Tibetan Terrier (Digby 3) and a Lhasa Apso (Lulu 8) , 2 cats (Tibby & Sheba) and a rabbit (Jeremy) – We can either leave the dogs etc...or they can go to a family member, they are very friendly animals and have their own dog-flap to the garden. They do not require walking as they have their own space. The cats come and go as they please

Visit the capital of England, attractions include Buckingham Palace, Tower of London, St Pauls Cathedral and of course London's famous theatre land.

Live within a typical English Suburban neighbourhood. No Crime or Noise. Experience the local English Pubs. Be an English Family for a while !!!!!!!!!

We will try to accommodate what ever you wish. The use of a car is also available.
