We are Expats living within a multi national area. Our house is a south facing bungalow overlooking the Sierra Espuna Mountains with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen,lounge,front patio, rear courtyard, and large sunroof with hot tub and swing.
We are 15 minutes to the beach 45 minutes to the nearest airport,4 hours to Madrid, and 40 minutes to the city of Cartagena.We have a new car a Seat MII with on board computer (satnav).
Many shops and eating places locally to suit all tastes next to an 18 hole golf course.We are renowned for sun all year round.
