The apartment (a ground floor of a two stories 1920’s building) is situated in a small and peaceful mews in a popular area of Rome called Garbatella, a relaxing and semi-central quarter of Rome.
Garbatella is very nice, picturesque and it is well connected in terms of public transports: one underground stop from Pyramid Caius Cestius and San Paolo Basilica, 2 stops from the most interesting historical and cultural highlights (Collosseum, etc.) and 4 stops from Termini Railway Station.
The area offers the possibility of pleasant walks and has several close by eating-out options, particularly appreciated by Romans themselves (pizzeria with wood oven, trattorie with typical Roman cuisine, and other restaurants of several kinds).
The apartment, with 4 meters high ceilings, has a surface of 65 square meters and it is surrounded with a marvellous garden measuring more then 200 square meters, a real oasis in the heart of Rome. In the garden, equipped for relax, among many plants you can find an olive tree, a peach tree and a lemon tree which provide fruits in season.
The apartment is very well equipped (also for small children) and it is arranged with taste and style.
