Our home is situated in a lovely leafy suburb, close to everything but at the same time quiet and relaxing as our home is located in a quiet no through street. Public transport is just a short walk away as are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping malls, cinemas, parks,and of course the local piazza where you can find outdoor cafes, bars, post office, bank, and church.
During the summer months our council organizes free nightly entertainment in the piazza such as theatre, dance, music and outdoor cinema.
In August our town plays host to the National fireworks festival which celebrates the towns patron saint, Tourists come from all over Italy to enjoy the religious folkloristic displays and processions and of course to witness the spectacular fireworks displays.

I am a 47 year old single mum with 2 beautiful children, a 12 year old daughter and a 23 year old son. I lived in Melbourne most of my life and still have family there but I unfortunately don't get to see them very often which is why I am interested in house swapping in Melbourne so that I can visit my family but at the same time have the freedom and privacy which my daughter and I are used to having and which house swapping would consent.
