The location of this apartment is excellent. It is located on the 5th floor of a five storey building, about 80 meters from the beach of Edem, in Paleo Faliro (one of the best suburbs of Athens). The peaceful neighborhood has many taverns, restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars and the famous marine of Alimos in a walking distance, while the cosmopolitan marine of Flisvos is only few blocks away. It is next to the city center, ideally situated between center of Athens (only 10 minutes by car) and Piraeus port.(only 6 minutes by car). Paleo Faliro is a safe suburb of Athens, situated at the seaside. The area is cooler compared to the center of Athens during summertime and away from the demostrations and the traffic jam of the city center.

In the bus station of Edem stops the bus from/to the airport and from/to Piraeus port (bus number X96). You need only 20 minutes by bus or by tram for the center of Athens and 10 minutes for Piraeus port.
