A nice house with 3 floors (130m2) in a nice neighboorhood in Curitiba, south of Brazil. Walking distance to park São Lourenço, supermarkets and all kinds of commerce. You can walk or ride a bike to the nicest Museum in town, 2km away, created by the architect Oscar Niemeyer. The building and the exhibitions are both great. http://www.pr.gov.br/mon/
The house has one large bedroom (suite) with ceiling fan, queen size bed and a small table for cozy meals; one bedroom that was turned into an office, with 2 computers (mini MAC and PC) provided with ADSL internet and books; a large dining and living room, connected to the kitchen and to the barbecue; 3rd floor with TV room, table for card games and drum and bass.
Curitiba is the largest city in the south region of Brazil and was considered by Readers Digest as the city with best life quality in the country (http://www.bbc.co.uk/portuguese/reporterbbc/story/2007/09/070921_brasilrankingebc.shtml). There are several fine museums, parks and shopping malls.
The city counts also with a Center of Languages and Multiculturality linked to the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) where you can take courses of portuguese as a foreign language with great quality without spending much (http://www.celin.ufpr.br/principal/ufpr-celin-portugues-estrangeiros.html).
