Exchange Zones

Our family home was built in 2006 and is a low-set brick property in a quiet culdesac. We have very friendly neighbours who can provide assistance if you require. Across the culdesac is a children's playground, a large grassy field and even more swings further around the path. It is a very child-friendly area but at the same time, nice and quiet.

Our home has 4 bedrooms but we are using one as our study currently. The other three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people - 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds.

The kitchen, living and dining areas are open-plan and lead into an open play/rumpus area with ample children's toys, trikes and books. Adjacent to the living areas is a separate TV room with cinema-style lounge suite.

Our home has ducted heating and cooling, tiled floors in the living and wet areas and carpet elsewhere. We are sure you will find it spacious and comfortable.

Public transport (bus) is at the end of the street (a 3 minute walk). This bus will take you on a short trip to a large shopping centre which has a cinema complex, restaurants and a major bus interchange. From this bus interchange it is possible to get to most parts of Brisbane. You can also get to the city centre (13km) from this bus interchange, or alternatively you can catch the bus at the end of our street going in the other direction. This is the slower route but there is a lot to see on the way including the Brisbane River and another major shopping centre.

There are safe bike paths and walking paths around our area and in a nearby parkland. This parkland has a lovely lake where we go to feed the ducks.

9km east of our home is the beautiful Moreton Bay - the perfect place for a family picnic, bike ride, walk or swim.
