Our half timbered building lies in an idyllic forest in the Harz Mountains. The river Selke flows through the garden of the 2.5acre property. You can travel right throughout the Harz on the narrow gauge steam train, just board at the station 600 meters down the road from us. Enjoy a coffee at the newly opened barn style café there while you wait. In our area you can see wild Foxes, Mountain Goats, Deer, Wild pigs and other exotic animals, go horse riding, fishing, hiking or simply enjoy nature. If you are interested in culture you can visit one of the many historic castles or the UNESCO world Heritage city of Quedlinburg just 15km away.
The apartment has been recently renovated with full kitchen facilities and everything you need for a self sufficient holiday. It sleeps up to 5 people comfortably with 1 double bed, 1 double sleeping couch and a folding bed.
